Booking and Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to confirm all wellness infusion appointments. This deposit secures your chosen time slot and ensures availability.

2. Deposit Refundability

Deposits are refundable if you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. —

Refund Policy

Payment and Refunds Deposits are collected at the time of booking for all wellness infusion services. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund. —
